Install the Extension

Install the PropVault browser extension from the Chrome Web Store.

Submit Your First Payout Evidence

Open the PropVault extension popup and submit your detected payout evidence.

The extension will automatically detect payout facts from your firm's dashboard. Click the PropVault icon in your browser toolbar to review and submit them for trusted moderation.

Check that the PropVault extension is installed and enabled in this browser profile. Private windows may not allow extensions.

Return to the install step, then reload this page. If it is already installed, enable it before trying to connect again.

Extension needs an update

An older extension may connect but fail to detect or submit evidence. A successful connection does not establish version compatibility.

Update PropVault in your browser’s extension manager. For an unpacked installation, use the current approved build. Reload both the firm dashboard and PropVault, then reconnect.

If a compatibility error is reported, stop submitting evidence until the extension and service work together. This setup page does not check their versions.

Update the extension and reload both pages. If the error remains, keep the payout on the firm dashboard and try again after compatibility is restored. Check submission status before retrying an uncertain send.

No payout was detected

No detected payout does not mean your payout is zero or that your firm rejected it. The dashboard page or layout may not be supported.

Open the payout history in your supported firm’s dashboard and reload it. Review the amount, date, firm and account shown in the extension before submitting. If nothing appears, leave it unsubmitted; do not invent a record.

Evidence was rejected

Rejected evidence is not verified and does not count as a verified leaderboard payout. This is a review outcome, not a connection problem.

Read the submission status and review reason. Do not resend the unchanged record or alter its values to bypass review. Accepted submissions can still be pending or flagged; sending evidence never verifies it automatically.
