By accessing or using FirmBase (firmbase.io), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

FirmBase is an informational comparison tool for futures prop trading firms. We aggregate publicly available rule data from firm websites to help traders make informed decisions.

FirmBase is not a financial advisor. The data displayed on this site is collected from public sources and may not always be current or accurate. Prop firm rules change frequently, and while we verify data weekly through automated scraping, there may be delays between when a firm updates its rules and when those changes appear on FirmBase.

Always verify information directly with the firm before making any financial decisions. We are not responsible for losses or decisions made based on information displayed on this site.

FirmBase participates in affiliate programs with some prop trading firms. When you click certain links on our site and sign up with a firm, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our data presentation, rankings, or comparisons — all firms are displayed using the same objective rule data.

Affiliate links are clearly marked with a redirect through our /go/ path. Clicks are tracked anonymously for reporting purposes.

Creating an account is optional. Accounts enable saving comparisons, watching firms for rule changes, and submitting reviews. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Deletion permanently removes all your data.

By submitting a review, you agree that:

• Your review reflects your genuine experience with the firm
• You will not submit false, misleading, defamatory, or spam content
• Your review may be displayed publicly alongside your display name
• We may remove or moderate reviews that violate these guidelines
• You are limited to one review per firm

Other users may flag reviews they believe are spam, offensive, or misleading. Flagged reviews are reviewed by our team.

Email subscriptions are double opt-in. We will only send emails to verified addresses. Emails are limited to weekly rule change digests. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

The FirmBase name, logo, and original content (comparisons, insights, scoring algorithms, UI design) are our intellectual property. Firm names, logos, and rule data belong to their respective owners and are displayed under fair use for comparison and informational purposes.

You may not:

• Scrape or bulk-download data from FirmBase for commercial purposes
• Use automated tools to submit reviews or manipulate content
• Attempt to bypass rate limiting or security measures
• Impersonate other users or firms
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

FirmBase is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
