Drawdown type switches between phases
Test uses EOD trailing, PRO switches to Intraday, PRO+ goes back to EOD. The intraday drawdown on PRO is more aggressive.
Limit Up/Down rule
Must exit all positions BEFORE a price limit is reached. If price limit is hit with open positions, PRO account is immediately liquidated.
Buffer never clears
The buffer zone requirement on PRO accounts is permanent. 50/50 split on profits in the buffer zone.
Weekly trading requirement
Must place at least 1 round-trip trade per calendar week (Sunday-Friday) on PRO accounts. Failure to trade = potential account loss. Contact support before planned breaks.
Buffer zone split varies by account age
Profits inside buffer zone can only be withdrawn when account is terminated. Split is 50% if account is ≤60 trading days old, 80% if >60 trading days. Buffer zone = max drawdown amount.
News rule only on funded
No news restrictions on Test accounts, but PRO and PRO+ have news trading rules.
Product-specific news restrictions
Beyond FOMC/NFP/CPI (all products), Crude Oil Inventories restricts CL only, and Bond Auctions restrict ZN/ZB only. 1 min flat before/during/after.

Trailing drawdown follows your equity highs, which means early profits raise your floor. Once it locks at initial balance or profit target, the floor stops moving, so hitting the lock point early is a key strategy.
